Originally from Cleveland Ohio, Patrick started face painting and balloon twisting at age 16. Acted at Garfield little theater in Cleveland. A member of freemasonry and Scottish Rite. A first tenor. Side show performances and a fire-eater and fire breather. By the time he was 25 he was a full time clown. After 16 years moved to Las Vegas to pursue an acting job that land him work at Harrah's and Caesars . But still street performing, doing parties and restaurant work as a balloon twister. He split his time between twisting and stage hand work.

Folks, who are not local must stay at the Binions/4 Queens during the Convention and must use book through the room block only!-This keeps the cost down for registration. Otherwise attendees subject to an additional fee Of $100

For 30 years, Arla brought smiles to children and adults alike as a face painter at parties and restaurants, and for 20 of those years, she performed at parties and restaurants Go-Go the clown. Arla earned numerous top-10 awards in ballooning, character clowning, and face painting at Clowns of America International and other East Coast conventions. She even claimed the coveted “Best All-Around Clown” title at a major Virginia convention.

Steve Klein began his journey in magic and balloon artistry at just 10 years old, after visiting the Magic Art Studio where he purchased his first balloons and books. From day one, he was creating balloon zoo animals as part of his magic shows, blending performance and creativity from the very beginning.
Steve has been deeply involved in the magic community for decades, participating in the Society of American Magicians in Boston and the International Brotherhood of Magicians. He proudly served as President of Assembly #9 of the Society of American Magicians for five years.
Today, Steve runs a successful entertainment business under Mr. Balloon Wizard and Promo Magic Productions, LLC, offering professional balloon twisting, custom décor, and high-energy magic shows.
In 2014, Steve founded Bling Bling Jam, now proudly known as The Balloon Convention—the oldest-running décor twisting convention in Las Vegas, the entertainment capital of the world. This event unites balloon artists, decorators, and entertainers from around the globe through hands-on classes, competitions, and a virtual experience.

Roger moved to Las Vegas in 1994. While working part time in a magic shop he came across a balloon twisting kit for under $10. In the years that followed, he produced five DVD’s and has won awards and many different conventions. Roger has been on Bling Bling Jam’s staff from the beginning. He is always glad to assist new and experienced balloon artist with what ever is needed.
Robyn has been with the Bling Bling Jam in the early years and is back by poplar demand. She is now retired, after being a nurse for 37 years and had always had a passion for balloons for fun! She is thrilled to be with her balloon family!

1- The Fremont Experience -Directly outside Binions Hotel and Casino. Home of the Viva Vision (The Largest LED Screen in the World! Light show outside every hour on the hour-starting at 8 Pm- 1 AM. Bands/shows Street performers all happening at different times!
2 Drinking outside is allowed outside, but new law in Vegas. It must be in a paper cup. So, if you purchase drinks make sure you have a cup from the Casino. Or, ask someone the rules.
3 Get a Players card at each casino. When you do, they give you extras! Again, please ask on check in. If you gamble, they give you some great perks.
4 Souvenirs -The best shops are in Old Down Town. Many of the same Items available on the Strip, but way less. A great place to shop!
5 The World Famous Gold and Silver Pawn Shop. Home of the Reality show "Pawn Stars" Make sure you check it out!
6 Golden Gate Hotel and Casino. The very first Casino in Las Vegas -opened in 1905. They are famous for Shrimp Cocktail.
